Monet-Inspired Dinnerscape - Flourish Calligraphy

Inspired by the famous Impressionist painter Monet, the host Vasia Han, and fellow creative team behind the Boheme Workshops styled this moody-toned reception. Deep plum hellebores stole the show, while black and white was contrasted through details and unified with soft and complimentary neutrals, achieving this unique colour story. We love how our simple typeface vellum menus sat atop oatmeal coloured linen napkins and were thoughtfully tied with beautiful hand-dyed silk ribbon from Stella Wolfe. They were placed on modern black charger plates, creating a gorgeous and minimal place setting for each guest. Each menu was sealed with black wax for the ultimate element of sophistication and paired with black place cards inked with white calligraphy. So lovely to see this lavish reception featured on Magnolia Rouge!
